How are our houses built?
Each house consists of a shipping container which is adapted for habitation during the conversion process.
Window openings are cut into them and aluminum double-glazed windows are inserted.
We insulate the exterior walls with wood wool developed by the Steico brand, a specialist in natural building systems.
The installations set up in the building include electrical systems, plumbing, electric underfloor heating, air conditioning, ventilation with heat recovery, and an alarm system with a building access keypad.
The interior finishes include vinyl flooring, walls painted or covered with concrete plaster, LED lighting, and custom-made furniture.
The bathroom is finished with tiles in wet areas and textured plaster in the remaining ones. The fixtures for our homes are provided by the Polish brand Omnires, and the sanitary ware is supplied by the Polish brand MASSI.
